Unblushed — Browser-Based Photo Editing Tool

Article 1 — Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern Your use of the website unblushed.app and the photo editing tool provided through it ("the Service"), operated by Zone 2 Technologies Ltd ("Zone 2 Technologies", "We", "Us", or "Our").

By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Article 2 — Service Description

Unblushed is a free photo editing tool that runs entirely in Your browser. It allows You to reduce redness in photos by painting over affected areas and shifting red tones toward natural skin color.

All image processing happens locally on Your device. Your photos are never uploaded to, accessed by, or stored on our servers. We do not access, collect, or transmit Your photos in any way.

The Service is provided free of charge. No account, registration, or payment is required.

Article 3 — User Responsibilities

By using the Service, You represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to edit any photo You load into the tool
• You will not use the Service for any fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful purpose
• You will not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Your jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for the photos You edit and how You use the results.

Article 4 — Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to Your photos. Since Your photos are processed entirely within Your browser and never leave Your device, We claim no ownership, license, or rights of any kind over Your content.

Our Content: The Unblushed name, logo, design, and underlying code are the property of Zone 2 Technologies Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without prior written consent.

Article 5 — No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be available at all times or without interruption
• The Service will be free from errors or defects
• The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or meet Your specific requirements
• The Service will be compatible with all devices or browsers

To the extent that applicable law does not permit the exclusion of certain warranties, such warranties are limited to the minimum period and scope permitted by law.

Article 6 — Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zone 2 Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from or related to Your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

In no event shall our total liability to You for all claims arising from the Service exceed zero euros (EUR 0), reflecting the free nature of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Article 7 — Third-Party Services

The Service is hosted on Vercel. Your use of the Service is also subject to Vercel's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party service providers.

Article 8 — Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The date of the last update is indicated below.

Article 9 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria. If You are a consumer residing in the European Union, You may also bring proceedings in the courts of Your country of residence in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.

Article 10 — Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
